Overview

AyurDoc processes clinical and account data to support Ayurvedic clinical decision support. We minimize data collection and maintain a hard boundary between AyurDoc and external EHR systems of record.

Data we collect

Account credentials, Ayurvedic intake responses, consultation transcripts, generated Pancha Nidana reports, and integration metadata. We do not store full PHI pulled from external EHR systems.

How we use data

To provide clinical intelligence features, generate reports, manage patient journeys, and operate integrations you configure. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

Data is retained while your account is active and as required for clinical continuity. You may request deletion subject to applicable healthcare record-keeping requirements.
